RUVIYO is operated by Project Alfa LLC, Georgia. Final registration, registered-address and public-contact details are published from the separately verified operator record.

RUVIYO may process technical request information needed to serve the site and information a visitor deliberately enters into travel-discovery forms.

Account transmission is disabled at the current launch stage. Direct payment collection is disabled. RUVIYO does not require passport, visa, medical-record or Travel Vault content for ordinary public-web discovery.

Optional privacy-minimal landing observation and outbound-click measurement are disabled by default and independently gated. RUVIYO does not activate optional measurement merely because the code exists. When affiliate links are enabled after provider approval, RUVIYO may record a privacy-minimal outbound event so it can measure whether a commercial route works.

When a visitor chooses an approved external provider, that provider operates its own website and processes information under its own privacy terms. RUVIYO does not represent that an external checkout is a RUVIYO checkout.

RUVIYO follows data-minimization, least-access and no-secrets-in-client-code principles. Exact retention periods for production logs, support records and optional analytics must be fixed in the approved launch data inventory before this version becomes effective.

Visitors can contact the published RUVIYO support/contact channel to ask about access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights. The exact legal basis and jurisdiction-specific wording remains subject to final qualified review.

Material changes are versioned. A new version does not silently become effective without the applicable publication gate and effective date.
