Commission
RUVIYO may earn a commission when a visitor follows an approved affiliate link and later completes a qualifying purchase with the external provider. The traveller should not be charged an extra RUVIYO fee merely because a link is an affiliate link unless a future product clearly discloses a separate RUVIYO charge.
Who sells the product
For affiliate/referral offers, the external provider remains the seller or contracting party. RUVIYO must identify the provider and make it clear when checkout, payment, fulfilment, cancellation and support move to that provider.
Ranking independence
Commercial compensation may inform the RUVIYO business model but must not secretly determine the traveller recommendation. Materially better traveller fit, useful public transport and other no-commission alternatives may still be shown.
Provider status
RUVIYO only activates affiliate links after the actual RUVIYO account or programme relationship, applicable market/product coverage, tracking configuration and compliance restrictions are evidenced. A provider name in the software does not by itself mean an active partnership.
Prices, availability and claims
Affiliate status does not make dynamic prices or availability evergreen. RUVIYO must distinguish verified current facts from examples, estimates or unavailable data and must not invent discounts or partner-only benefits.
Attribution and privacy
Approved providers or affiliate networks may use their own attribution technologies under their own policies. RUVIYO may also record a privacy-minimal first-party outbound event when that measurement is separately approved.
